So I started my workout on Monday, and it felt GREAT! I did a total of 35 minutes at just over 2 miles on the elliptical, and just over 1 1/2 miles on the bike in 15 mins. Woo hoo, I will see what I can do on Tuesday!
Tuesday workout - I did just over 2 1/2 miles on the elliptical in 45 minutes, and 1/2 mile on the bike, and did weights on my arms and legs!
Wednesday workout - I did a straight, non-stop 50 mins on the elliptical. I went 3.5 miles, which was pretty good for me, once I get my endurance up, I will start running on the treadmill. I think that will start next week.
I signed up for a 5 K on May 15th with my mom. I am excited, and nervous at the same time, I hope I will be able to do it!
I need someone to run a mile race with me on April 25th though. This way I start to get a feel for it! It is to save the Cheetahs!
Alright, I will write more tomorrow after my workout tonight!
