I have decided that I have let my self get too fat, so I joined the gym. I am hoping to go every other day, if not every day. I am going to start keeping a diary of my workouts, and how long they were on here to motivate myself. Hopefully I can get into good enough shape to run a half marathon in October on the east coast with my friend Heather. I do need to think of some good motivators though, I thought about buying cute clothes in a couple sizes smaller to motivate myself to lose weight more quickly, but I am still a little scared to do that. We will see what happens I guess.

First motivator: Find a workout buddy. Meet someone at the gym
Second motivator: sign up for a small race (5k) and set that as your first goal
Then join all the classes you can at your gym and see which ones will keep your attention for at least 6 months before switching. And do a weight class or routine. Muscle burns fat.
