I am tired, I just did the elliptical again at the gym, got it down to 3.3 miles in 40 mins. And also worked on my arms and legs again for about 20 mins. I am meeting with the physical trainer to get a workout routine done on Monday, so hopefully that will help me get in better shape quicker. I am not going to be going to the gym tomorrow, but I do plan on running around our neighborhood for the first time. Hopefully it isn't much different than doing the elliptical. I am nervous. But I have 1.4 miles mapped out to run tomorrow. And hopefully I will be able to get some time in Saturday as well. I decided to leave Sunday as a day of rest and recooperation. I will post again tomorrow after I run!
