Hooray for running.

So I went to the gym yesterday and did 2 miles walking/running on the treadmill, and 2 miles on the bike. I alway did arms and leg weights. I would have done more on the treadmill, but my shin on my left leg was throbbing. I am told that will go away, and I hope it does soon! So I went to the gym every day last week except for Friday, which I made up for by running in my neighborhood. Let's see if I can stick to the gym every day this week! I already feel like I have more energy, and no more smoking has helped SO much, although my husband smoking still is a little irritating, but hopefully he will be free of that habit soon as I now am.
